When the Physiotherapist spoke about how good general posture when sitting/standing can minimise risk of back injury, I would have liked a little information on exactly what 'good posture' is.
I enjoyed doing this training!
Clear and well set out with generic sequences that are logical and easy to follow. Some of the sub-sections are on the short side that breaks the flow a little but generally the breaks are a good chance to "take stock" before emoving on.
Good tool

I found the programe well put together good presentation and very clear. Its was a good reminder of how to manual handling should be done if one has forgoton the basic principles. Quetions were clear and prisise and one could go back and have another look. Good programe.
I found the programme to be very informative and I can see where I have been lifting incorrectly and am now glad to have the knowledge how to hopefully avoid a back injury. I feel disappointed with myself that I got caught out on the back questions though! Thank you.
The material was set out clearly, logically and could be worked through with sense to the end. Did not take too long.
I especially found the section on how the back works helpful.
Video footage very clear and precise
