This is an ideal way to train staff

A very informative programme which can be done at your own speed and is less stressful than everything having to be done in one training session with a trainingm provider in the workplace.

This was ok, it is important to know.

I think it is important to know how to protect your spine and it's good that organisations want to help you do this. One thing I did like about this training was the visual effects. It really helps to see the skeleton and watch the movement of it to know how easy it would be to hurt your back and what you should and shouldn't do to protect it.

Excellent training resource

I have found your training resources to be excellent - the only problem I have experienced and whether this is from the computers at our side or not I don't know, sometimes you can work through 2 modules with no problem but the third will fail to play - and takes several attempts to get it up and running. Luckily the progress you have made so far does save - so you don't lose any efforts made, but it can be frustrating when you have set aside an hour out of work to complete the training and it doesn't run smoothly.

Comprhensive

Good information that is easy to follow and not too taxing for people to use. Good to recieve a certificate at the end proving that teh person has listened.

Very Good

I found the videos very clear and concise, and the information helped me to pass the test

good for novices

it would help if lifting practices were shown in real life situations - eg. employees lifting objects in a factory or warehouse, outside or in small rooms etc. also a variety of objects should have been used, not just square/rectangle objects. The begining showing the 2 people who had suffered bcak injury was a little drawn out.

Very Good

I find this programme very good for our volunteers who work in our shops. However the only down side is i cant print off the certificates in their own names as mine is the only logged on user and i teach 20 volunteers at any one time. Or is there an apt to printing individual certificates that i dont know about

A good way to deliver basic manual handling training to all staff. The programme covers all the basics and gives clear instruction on how to lift and move objects safely and avoid injury.
