The course information was really helpful. The assessment was differently formatted to other courses and was quite clunky. Each time I made a mistake I was referred back to the course material. I found it quite distracting and I think this adversely affected how I responded to the assessment questions.
From receiving the course to finishing, it was easy to navigate throughout the course. All the information was in the course that allowed me to confidently take the test and pass 1st time.

Training included too much repetition for the type of training and the topic, and there were too many quiz questions, 10 questions would suffice.
The course was very informative and simple to navigate through. Speech was clear and the message was given across clearly.
