a great quick course to whizz you through what you need to know about manual handling. the quiz was nice to do and everything was explained clear and concisely and the video was good to see and clear to understand.enjoyed the coursemany thanks
Great course on a subject that we all get wrong from time to time. I'm 6'4" tall so the floor is always a long way down for me, but I've learnt to use my knees to get down there, not my back.
