So easy to understand and absorbe.
Very good except that when the lady was demonstrating how to push a trolley her hands were below her waist when it said they should be between waist and shoulder.
An interesting and very informative review of the effects of manual handling; the explanations and details regarding the back and spine were particularly interesting.
