the training was not too long so held my attention.... very informative reminding us that Manual handling is not only for the workplace....great course
I found the training informative and interesting but not condescending. It applies to all working and living environments .
It gave me a better understanding of why the back is so prone to damage and how to go about preventing injury to myself and others at work and home when moving or lifting objects. I found it easy to follow and use.
