I found the manual handling training very informative very helpful and easy to follow and will use the guidance in my work and home life. I personally find working online with your training programmes easy and convenient.

The on line course was easy to navigate and follow. I appreciate the course is wide and work orientated. But maybe it could be more tailored to suit the needs of people who would dealing with the children, tips on how to get a child from sitting to standing, from floor position to standing. I realise that when handling children there could be a need to use a hoist and slings dependent on weight but more child friendly tips could be useful for people dealing with children rather than packages,
