Some test questions were harder

Some of the questions weren't covered fully in the slides, so harder to get right.

Adequate

Gave a overview of fraudulent activity that one would likely encounter both at work and generally.

4/5
Not overly relevant but good information

This course is not overlay relevant to my role as a nursery nurse, but it is useful information

Needs non-sales egs and test is too easy

Include examples of procurement fraud (price fixing, cartels etc); and public sector fraud like benefits (fake disability) or housing (jumping the queue). Suggest other means of identity checking (Charity Commission; contacting the banks; checking with a college or professional body to confirm qualifications; passport/driving licence, utility bill etc.). Multiple choice as a mechanism is good, but options often make it pretty obvious which is the correct answer.
