Good to receive an awareness

Better understanding of what fraud is / isn't. Highlighting the impact it can have not just personally but on organisations. Simple things to remember on identifying potential fraud

quick useful overview of subject

This was a quick, easy guide to the subject and gave a very good overview. Was clear on what is and isn't fraud and the different types of fraud. Easy to navigate course and feel I have more awareness of subject now.

Very informative.

A very informative short training course, using easy to understand language rather than jargon. Gives a good insight into 'hidden' fraud.

Information was clearly presented

The presentation made it easy to understand how to identify fraud and why it was necessary to eradicate it. I was surprised to discover how many things constitute fraud and I think many people, including myself, have been guilty of fraud on many occasions. Defining "minor" or "major" fraud where people either don't realise they're committing fraud or where people set out to commit fraud isn't very reassuring when so many small inadvertent actions can amount to Fraud! A very sobering and revealing course.

Too basic, poor audience engagement.

I thought the delivery of the course and the language used were oversimplified. It made me not want to engage with the presenter. I feel like although the subject matter was serious it was pitched at school kids level.
