A very informative short training course, using easy to understand language rather than jargon. Gives a good insight into 'hidden' fraud.

The presentation made it easy to understand how to identify fraud and why it was necessary to eradicate it. I was surprised to discover how many things constitute fraud and I think many people, including myself, have been guilty of fraud on many occasions. Defining "minor" or "major" fraud where people either don't realise they're committing fraud or where people set out to commit fraud isn't very reassuring when so many small inadvertent actions can amount to Fraud! A very sobering and revealing course.
