I found the course very Informative and easy to follow. It’s great that you can start and finish as and when suits without gong back to the beginning
It is was fundamental because it can teach me food and how to prepare it and what to not do and what to do.Also, it taught some new things in cooking that I have never come across before so for me it is crucial.
I'm so happy and I really appreciate everyone who took part in preparing this module, I really meant a lot and hopefully going to apply what I have learnt from this

Not suited for individual needs for people who look after those with respite needs, as business needs are different! Some good information, but needs to be condensed for ‘home use’.
