Prefer visual learning and reading over listening. However, the content was informative.
People are taking the time out to volunteer - yet this mandatory course full of common sense takes a whopping 1 hour to complete. Could have at least given people the option to speed up the playback speed or leave as much content in text format as possible. The script would have taken very little time to read, yet I was forced to listen to someone slowly pronounce every word.

I liked the use of dialogue and video's to explain and confirm the regulations, risks and impacts. Easy to navigate
In one of the videos, while washing hands, the tap was left open for a long time without being use. This is wasteful. I would encourage updating this video.Cannot increase the speed of the videos. I usually like watching videos at 1.25x speed to save time. This would be a good feature.Given the environmental urgency, I think we need to rethink our reliance on single use items. These seem to be encouraged as part of this training. It is worth assessing the additional benefit of single use items and the opportunity cost.
