It was too long and the feature which forced you to watch every video was unnecessary. If you could read the text it would have been a lot faster with no loss of training content.

I found this extremely pointless because it is practically the same as Level 2. We should be tested for our current knowledge before we have to watch each slide all over again before taking the test!
Oh dear,. could have cut it down to a half hour course without the tedious waffle!
This is a very basic course. The test could be done by anyone with a small ounce of common sense. Seemed pointless.
