Overall its a good course but takes longer then it says.
I found the training informative and easy to understand and follow.
I feel the course was comprehensive but some parts were unnecessary considering the limited tasks I am likely to be doing when I volunteer.
The presentation is good in general. It gives me a good sense of the importance of food hygiene and necessity to maintain food safety, only issue is it tended to be too long, which people might forgot the first session messages

Food hygiene course was very helpful and informative and was quick short vids to help u understand certain sections of your video
Omg so much to take on board I can't believe I have to know so much.
The course was easy to follow providing example videos and questions along the way. I liked how it was grouped into categories and provided explanations of the various terms etc. 20 question quiz at the end was a bit much, as it's a lot to take in and remember, it would be better to have 3-4 questions after each topic.
