Having paid for my own allergy training before Natasha's Law came in, I found this course to be far too simplistic and easy to pass and not really enphasizing the importance or the punishments for not adhering to the laws
I work in a nursing home, my staff need to be able to identify allergens and make suitable substitution of ingredients. I am often asked questions like "can the gluten free lady eat.....?" etc
I found the videos went on a bit to long an was hard to focus on what was important information an not
There is no way of looking back over the course to remind yourself at a later date.

The course itself is fine...its just I couldn't work it very well.
Please update the course in response to Natasha's law: https://www.food.gov.uk/business-guidance/introduction-to-allergen-labelling-changes-ppds Two particular questions in the test I took should be updated regarding the ingredients labelling of foods prepared and packed on the premises for direct sale. It's important that awareness of how the new law impacts is included in training because non-compliance could incur fines.
The course helped me understand and gain information but the videos were way too long
Having completed many similar courses, although this course is very informative, it is very dry in delivery and it is easy to switch off due to the repetitive delivery.
