It was clear and easy to use hoever I am not sure one size fits all -many things in this module were only appropriate to catering organisations yet there are other areas I would have liked imn more detail e.g. Working in a confined area with limited resources. Issues specific to children e.g. using foods a child has not experienced before.

This course didn't tell me anything I hadn't already read in an allergens book I have been reading.

I had many problems accessing the training package, with the programme freezing and not being able to access the continue button to do the test. Although the support was good, I was very frustrated as it wasted a lot of time trying to sort it out. Eventually had to ask for our own in-house ICT specialists to sort the problem
