A good reminding course for practices in work, very thorough
This course was allocated to me as a School Visit leader. There is no requirement for me to know how I should label packaged food or prepare food for sale. I do need to be aware of the allergens, where to find out what food contains allergens and how to manage these with the individuals in my care on the visit, but not how to "manage a professional food preparation area"

I found this course easy to work through and found that the videos were well informative and found I absorbed the information enabling me to pass the test.
Training has sufficient material for the topics that need to be covered. The only barrier I found is that if we want to go back and listen to a particular slide, then it does not allow you to jump back to where you left. E.g. If I am on slide 10 and want to go back and see or listen something on slide 5, then after revisiting slide 5, it does not allow you to go straight back to slide 10, which is frustrating and time consuming.
