Although the content was good, the sound quality was poor. I struggled to hear it.

Its good if you have never done any training on it before or had no experience in a kitchen. But there is no option to skip to the end if you have done this many times before. How often do we have to repeat this?

Although the information provided in this particular is very important, it is extremely time consuming and takes all of your attention, which is not soo good, especially when you have other responsibilities..

I enjoyed the training exercise and found it interesting however way the questions and answers are worded in the multiple choice test I feel are slightly misleading.
