Overall I listened and read the transcript but that's just how I learn
Meaningful.
Some of the questions in the quiz at the end where not clearly worded so difficult to know the right answers. Especially the case with the question about the ice cream van.
Well presented, clear info, succinct. Timing again ridiculous! If you want to actually benefit the learner through the info, then give them time to do so. Simply impossible in the timeframe you give. I also very much dislike having the % on the certificate. That creates a competitive element to the training, puts unnecessary pressure on colleagues, and can be demoralising! A simple Pass is all that is required for the employer to tick their ‘training’ box.
I have completed it as a teacher so alot of industry aspects were not relevant but clear and easy to understand.

A little too much talking. But did learn quite a lot.
Perhaps too wordy - shorter explanations could have produced the same result. But overall good video presentations.
I found the training informative if a little confusing in some areas where it mentioned direct and indirect selling but overall useful
