I thought it would be strange to do training in this manner, but it was really good, you could go back if you weren't sure or missed anything. The way it was delivered was very clear and concise and it was good that you got a little exercise at the end of each section, meant you knew you were on the right tracks. Excellent

Some of the videos didn't always run smoothly and stopped and started quite a bit.

The package and content is extremely well planned and put together in appropraite sequence. Clear visual instruction and learning materials included with useful highlighting of words to enable visual memory. Good balance of what matters and action to be taken versus the legal requirements.

An excellent resource and easy to follow and ease into the test at the end, informative and a good requirement for all staff that have these duties.

Very good - easy to understand and work through and quick. One or two of the videos stuck in places. Very informative.

Very informative and increased my knowledge of what each extinguisher can be used for.

Very Informative although there's no substitute for hands on training as far as handling fire extinguishers go.

Content a ittle too comprehensive, practical training element of course is missing. Although you can keep going back it's a little difficult to concentrate within the office environment, ie done at desk, perhaps should have moved away. Had to use headphones as no sound on our computers, a little uncomfortable for any length of tme. By the time I came to take the test had forgotten some answers, luckily made lots of notes.Overall though ok. Thank you

I enjoyed the course, and would recommend it to other colleagues who require such training.
