I expected a standard information video but got a video and presentation that explained all aspects i hadn't even thought of. The best section i think is worth showing to all employees is the section on human behaviour showing how people react to alarm bells and fire itself, it's quite scary!

I learnt a lot and feel competant now in being a Fire Warden

The programme is tailored for an office environment which is great because thatis what we are. We only use water and C02 ext's and do not use an attendance registers. We are tenants on two sites and own two others so where we are tenants the landlord accepts the responsibility for carry out the fire drills. No mention of the fire plan including the backing up of FW's when absent - ours does. Could the programme have a questionnaire at the beginning that establishes what the FW's circumstances are (retail, office, garage, machine shop) which the software then analyses and provides a more focussed programme.

A well put together programme that allows someone with the minimum of "fire" knowledge to understand what role they need to fulfil as a fire warden

Very good training programme, interesting, easy to follow and informative.

Good programme which covered all the aspects of Fire Warden responsibilties. I liked the way different formats were used to keep it interesting - videos, interviews, etc

The Fire Warden Training was very informative and set out in a very understanding format. The information provided will hel to assist any person dealing with a real situation.

I think the online training is great, but i do think that you need some face to face trainig
