Good as both a refresher and induction. Informative, easy to follow and well laid out.

very good training program

I found the format of the training really good as it enabled me to do it over a couple of sessions when i had free time in work. It's easy to use and doesn't bombard you with too much information.

found the content from the fire officers difficult to hear

I am very new at this DVD but on first examination I think it would benifit from a pause button. I was interruped a number of times and did use the back button, but I could of just paused it had there been one. I don't think I saw an introduction on how to use the video properly, this would of been good for new users.

Overall good, however, legislation is to do with England and I am based in Scotland where there is different legislation. I think this should be noted and reference made to the different Acts.

It was good to be able to do the training in sections. however there needs to be a time linited set for when you start the training and do the exam.
