I found the training program to be very clear and well presented which made it easy to take in the information required for the test.

Is very important we know about the polices of Fire Warden this is very helpeful is make me undesrtude lot of the precedors and clear me a few actions I have to take in case of same problem happen I be very happy about this training and very proud of my self so because I just filed on 2 questions of 20. I felt this gave me a really comprehensive view of role and responsibilities of the fire warden and employers. The information about types of fires and types of extinguishers and how a fire occurs was very valuable. A booklet would have been useful after doing the course or some material that could be printed off for later revision.

I have learnt a lot from this programme and have made notes to help me to be an efficient Fire Warden in my branch. The programme also hightlighted the things I need to look out for and be aware of in the branch; i.e where the fire extiguishers are located, which types are available and familiarising myself with the branch's Risk Assessment. I now fully understand the importance of the Fire Warden; to ensure that everybody act correctly when an alarm is raised. Thank you.

The Fire Warden Training helped me understand the risk of fires and helped me understand which Fire Extingusher to use in a fire.

I've looked at many different fire training and fire marshal courses and yours is the best I've found. Whilst it is a little tedious and long winded in areas (particularly the presenters/firemen) it does cover all the necessary topics for office type businesses. From the final test it was good to see that the majority of points were absorbed and hopefully will be complied with in the future.

A clever and informative package for all staff to engage in especially in heightening the dangers of fire.
