It was good to be able to do the training in sections. however there needs to be a time linited set for when you start the training and do the exam.

Glad I had opportunity to see and take part in this traingprogramme

Training was concise, easy to understand and not time consuming. I felt that I was able to pick out the relevant parts to my own place of work.

This is a very educational and interesting fire test and programme the awareness and knowledge has been well executed by the end of the test we can go away and put all of these into good practice.

My only problem was that my internet connection was very slow. The videos kept stopping and starting again and took ages to load. I eventually used my sons laptop at home with my home wi-fi connection which was much better. The contents of the course was really interesting and I really enjoyed the training.

This was a detailed and interesting mix of clear instruction and interactive work (spotting the hazards video). The section of peoples behaviour with a real live situation was very useful.

A very informative and necessary part of the training for the job, which will help me act confidently should I need to in an emergency.
