all good other than point raised below

Great course which is of use at home and at work however Im always a bit miffed at the catch you out questions.... on this course this question was is an overloaded extension lead / socket where the multiple choice offered 3 answers including Hazardous and Dangerous. As a qualified electrician I know that an overloaded socket is dangerous so this is the option I choose only for the session to say that answer was wrong and the correct answer was a Hazard.... I beg to differ to on this one. I was therefore more than miffed that my final score was 95% and not 100% thanks to the trick question... I appreciate you may not wanting people to be know it alls with 100% but I suggest you dont use an overloaded socket as the trick question....

Really clear and detailed training

This training really helped improve my knowledge and understanding, especially of the different types of fire extinguishers and what they can be used on. It was a really clear and detailed training.

Differences between 'radiation, convection & conduction' could be simplified. Most wouldn't know or think about it. All the labelling on the different extinguishers informative, but when there's a fire, who stops to read the label? Water on an electrical fire can be/is of course possibly lethal. Don't get this wrong!
