Very well explained

A very good course explaining the dangers of fire and how to tackle or deal with a situation safely and correctly. I liked the fact that you good rewatch the videos to get a better understanding and take it in. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Entertaining yet informative

Dave and Trevor were highly entertaining, yet informative and engaging enough to deliver the relevant skillsets to potentially make excellent first aiders. I look forward to renewal.

5/5
Clear and well presented

The training is well presented and the information is delivered clearly. The examination at the end is straightforward if you've paid attention to the content of the training, with the exception of one question I had in mine which seemed irrelevant to fire safety, and understanding what to do (are electronics a risk, a hazard or a third choice i dont recall)

4/5
very informative and easy to understand

The fire awareness course was very informative and easy to understand with clear instructions

5/5
Simple

Really easy to use and navigate. Even though i failed it gave me options to re do it with similar but not the same questions.

5/5
very comprehensive and informative

As a chemist of many years ex industry I have already had a lot of fire training and knew a lot of the science content but for non-scientists it made it very clear. It also added a lot of context which previous training had not.  Online training is so useful when staff are spread geographically and cannot always sit for an hour doing F2F CPD
