I have done Fire course with West Midlands Fire so was good to do a refresher
Very easy to follow and informative delivery. The CGI extinguisher sequence of an extinguisher discharge; does not accurately replicate the sound and effect of an actual discharge; for example Co2 and powder; can be much more startling and unexpected in the volume of sound it makes.
Good content.
Content is succinct and to the point. The only improvable part - try and reduce number of narrators, as it has distracted me from the content quite a bit.
Information given in a clear manor, through audio presentation, which is then summarised with written texts to consolidate information. Checked understanding by asking questions.

Section 3 Q insinuates that smoking a cigarette in a non smoking area would be a working practice surely working practices would be fire safe therefore no one would smoke in a non smoking area.
Good presenters, got information across well, and made the subject quite interesting.
