The training programme contained a large amount of information, each section was well covered. A very user-friendly CD.

Very informative and useful training programme. From the perspective of taking time out of the business this was much better than attending a half/full day course to obtain the same information.

This was a real eye-opener; whilst I am confident that I would be calm and efficient during an evacuation I had not realised that there were as many different categories of fire nor as many different types of extinguisher.This couese really brought home to me the dangers of using the wrong one and prompted me to check the arrangements at my workplace. The 4 star rating is because I felt that there was a lot of repetition in the "demonstration of extinguisher" clips and also I am not sure if it is really necessary to know the terminology and technical information as to how fire spreads.

A good course I found the training very beneficial it was informative and covered all the things i would need in the event of a fire.

It is quite a long session with a lot to take in. I would have thought the promt to make notes would be warrented. I would like to have been able to print offthe diagrams relating to the different extinguishers. Very informative. Very Good.

Good content, delivered clearly and concisely. My only problem is the time between the parts of each section and between each topic. The session lasted well over an hour.

Really good for a general overview of fire safety in the workplace and the different fires and extinguishers you may come accross.

a easy to follow and comprehensive dvd which was i found more helpful than a previous training session with fire instructor

the video of the man speaking was clear and precise and all the instructions were easy to understand

I found the training programme easy to navigate. I was not clear whether you could dip in and out and whether your completed sections would be saved, but it didn't take too long anyway.
