The added subtitles made it much easier to follow and understand, especially as I am a deaf person. The breaking down of the information into categories and then subcategories meant that it did not appear so overwhelming and hard to follow.

Clear concise explanations.

The programme was informative and it was useful to refresh on previous training, particularly with reference to Fire Extinguishers. It was fun to do - I did re-run the programme for my volunteers who found it very interesting. We were able to stop and discuss along the way so it increased their opportunity to learn. The video questions were difficult to run but this may be due to computer system here. I think I would like to repeat the exercise routinely to keep up to date.

Was a helpful easy to understand programme

The packages covers all the major elements and varies the approach taken to hold the students attention. I like the check test principle preventing users from skipping onto the next section.

A clear interactive programme, good use of graphic and text. Got you thinking about more than just 'what is a fire', but further outside of teh box to teh implications to people and businesses. The section on different fire extinguishers was particulary intersting as the thought 'one style fits all' is incorrect.

I found this interactive tool to be very useful.
