I got to learn a lot on how to relate with colleagues and appreciate the diverse nature of people around me.

Good clear presentation and very releveny
I found it engaging and interesting but struggled to complete in one sitting. It is a lot of information to take in but in smaller chunks, it is very useful and easy to follow without jargon.

The training of equality, diversity and inclusion is informative, educative and relevant in my field especially as a Sociologist and a social care worker. Respecting individual perspectives and caring for people irrespective of their social status, race, age and gender for the smooth running of the society. The society will continue to be happier and habitable when it’s free from discrimination, victimization and abuse. Together we can make it work better and stronger.
I really appreciate this exercise and appreciate my organisation for helping me with the training.

Interesting but a little too long
This training should be introduced to every level of management so that they should understand the needs of those who are reporting to them, their needs, and their disabilities.
