Videos were patronizing.

The pace of the videos was slow enough I got bored waiting for important information meaning I sometimes missed it when it finally came, this made the tone come across as patronizing. It was unclear what the definition of gender being used was and I don't know any single definition of gender that made sense when inserted in all the places gender was used, but different definition made sense when inserted in different places. Also Sex was used in place of gender with no obvious reasoning for the different choice.

The worst training course so far

I watched the course twice and passed the test, however many of the answers could have had multiple correct answers rather than just one. I understand it's a difficult subject. Either the training is unclear or the questions need rework to improve clarity.

Far too time-consuming

We are professionals who are very used to assimilating information rapidly. To give us 29 little videos that we have to click through individually feels like not just a waste of time, but an insult. However, I am committed to supporting equality and diversity, and I am not going to be put off that lifelong effort by your patronising set of videos. What was your brief? To get people to spend as long as possible on your site? Just awful. But you have a captive audience of people who are compelled to use your site, so I very much doubt you will learn anything from this response.

waste of time. Discrimination continues in this organisation, but I have to waste my time doing this training, while at the receiving end of direct and indirect discrimination. Cannot even get my name correct, because of my race.

Preachy and completely ignores common sense. Assumes we are all guilty and need 'training'

poorly written

The questionnaire at the end was very difficult to read and interpret.

Confusin

I found the training to be confusing for this element and not clear and concise. Information was almost conflicting at times and too many questions left until the very end

Useless

For my job this is the most useless And pointless course I have ever completed for the job I do.
