It was a good test but some of the questions were not very clear and an finished like something was missing.
Good back up training for first aiders but not for general workers... it was worrying. Although i suppose there might not be a first aider on hand and others might have to do their best. The AED bit really useful however for general public.
As per previous courses , not good doing them on old touch phones
Good refresher
It is OK getting an online talk through some EFAW but it does not take away from the need for people to have a full 3 day practical course.
I couldn’t access a keyboard on my phone so after leaving for a short period of time I had to start again
No summary provided
I would prefer to do the training in person as it involves saving lives and mush better to practice on a dummy than online, also you remember more if in person/practice on a dummy
It was pretty basic & commonsense, but I did learn a few new things I didn't already know as a mother & grandmother. The information was clear & simple & I liked the summary at the end of each section. However a person just staring at the screen delivering the info. & a fairly unconvincing 'patient' were not really attention-grabbing for long periods of time& I did the course in parts, separated by weeks. I'm not being critical of the instructors as they spoke slowly & clearly, but it was just too much the same. Thank you for persisting with me to complete the course to better prepare me for being a volunteer at our Seafarers' Centre.
