Excellent demonstrations of the key skills required to administer first aid, with all the vital points clearly audible and visible, including text and summaries, and many opportunities to read more about them by clicking on the relevant buttons -the course was well paced, but also gave the option of taking time and replaying any sections if necessary.

Good
Good refresher course. Will help to have the next training which I have scheduled to put some theory into practice.
Covered most of the common first aid situations and it was well structured and easy to understand
Perhaps include in the wounds add a consideration for open broken bone events immobilising and in situations of crush/amputation. Also further advice on means to stop arterial bleeding.
Good refresher which also brought me up to date
A good refresher course however a number of points taught in this session our either outdated or not taught in current EFAW courses such pinch earlobe/press head fro 2 seconds/hand on chest. Also intial detail in DRABC confusing as to when help should be called. Plus only plastic tweezers are permited in first aid kits and then disposed off.
