There is no interaction, you can't ask questions, I much prefer the in-person courses.
I have held various types of first aid certificates since 16 and this course was the worst I’ve ever attended including; the course content, trainer, and the way it was delivered. It was confusing for me although luckily I’ve had previous experience but those with no experience I’m not sure how confident they’ll be to deliver the correct mode of first aid. I will attend another course when I can just ensure I am up to date with the correct procedures for my own peace of mind.
