I've been way better at posture the last few years, but i used to be terrible. good practices in the course for desk set ups, might look at a standing desk option.

An informed and well structured training course which outlines display equipment considerations for individuals.
I enjoyed the session as it gave me some additional info around alternatives to exercises, it also prompted me to rearrange my workstation, and the whole session was completed within 30 mins
