Nice and brief, better to remind annually.

I feel this course was more engaging than most training sessions I have completed due to the varied nature of the videos, as well as the interspersed questions. The information was all useful and easy to understand as it was well explained. Having the transcript alongside the videos was beneficial.

Even though it took me quite a time to get around to completing the training it is very worthwhile.. I wish had done it years ago as I have definitely had neck & hip problems through sitting too long in the wrong chair and not moving enough particularly during lock down.

A basic common sense course. Delivery method should be varied - not all learners like to watch video - I found trying to read the transcript with the video and sound in the background difficult.

The course was very clear and concise whilst educating on the importance to have the correct work station setup.

I really enjoyed this interesting and informative course. I will definitely take on board these suggestions and use a lot of the suggestions for good posture and taking breaks,etc
