Very informative course
On of the best DSE courses I've done. Particulalry liked the guidance and examples of exercise to do throughout the day. Despite having been a DSE user for many years, I still found there were some useful pointers in this course to improve my computer / mobile device useage.

It was more interesting that previous videos I have seen in other companies. The acting was good and the demos useful. In particular, I liked the video on stretching and will use these stretches going forward.
