Very thorough, if a little long winded.
Very comprehensive
The programme was beneficial and made me realize the importance of reviewing my work space.
As i am new to working at a desk, this course is very useful and i hope it will enable me to use effective preventative measures against injury.
We were told this would be 20m minutes. It was more like an hour.
A good interactive training course. Good lenght of sections.The content kept me interested.
Very clear and easy to follow. Good use of visuals and sound. Only down side is that it's a bit long and if answered incorrectly you had to listen to the section again. Could have benefitted from a summary page which you can go to quickly check specifics.
Everyone will adopt bad habits over a period of time and the training re-focuses your attention. I have already made adjustments following the training.
This programme was very informative and easy to understand. The exercises are helpful tips.
