learnt a few things that i didnt know, but will now keep them all in mind,

I liked being taught how to exercise the correct way.

Easy to follow and well designed to allow time to work through the programme. The training ensures an understanding how best to take care of your health and increase awareness of your working environment.

Covers everything it needs to in a clear way - liked the fact I could do some of the training and return to it later. Would recommend it.

A useful and instructive training program. The explanations are concise and clear and provide an appropriate level of explanation for the majority of users.

This is the 3rd DSE assessment I have carried out in the last 10 years and has been the best with video footage very helpful. I was reassuring to know I had my desk set-up spot on from previous training.

This cd was outstanding. I have used this method a thousand times with ather partys and find them boring and far to long. Also there links tend to crash when doing the Exsam. Great product recomend to all .

I found a lot of things that I didn't think were important to avoid injury etc. This was very helpful. I do feel that there should be a version that can be used by users without speakers as is mostly the case with people in offices

Really pleased to have given the opportuntiy to take part in work space environment training. The course was clear, informative, and useful. It was also extremely useful to be able to do this training at my convienience.
