Does what it says on the tin. Content nice and simple, and makes you think about current positioning and posture etc.
I found this course very helpful, it is great to be reminded of points that will help us all in our working environment. I enjoyed the visual aids and found them to be helpful and engaging. The 20-20-20 information was brilliant and I will definitely take this into my working day. The HSE links did not work for me. 'Couldn't find the page'
