Very informative with some useful tips and information
Comprehensively covered all the basics of workstation set up. I was already familiar with a lot of the advice. I found the tips about microbreaks and the suggested workstation stretches useful. Even better if there was an option to view videos at 1.5x speed.

Content good but overly repetitive, I found myself tuning out as I don't need to hear the same information n times over.Also for those that have taken the course multiple time now, a slimmed down refresher course would be more appropriate.

Made me check my workstation and review posture which was good. States that I should use a separate keyboard and mouse with my work laptop at home which I need to get sorted with the technical department. Opportunity to think about how I could approach the subject for my workstation but will need to remember to consider this with each workstation I use.
