This video to reduce me stress, actually gave me stress.

I found making the adjustments to my workstation as described in the course resulted in me feeling uncomfortable. The inability to skip videos, especially ones which I'd already seen was frustrating. For example, I missed a word in the last 5 seconds of a video, so I had to watch the whole thing again.I don't feel I've benefited in any way from the experience.

It should be possible to skip through the videos and sections that are not relevant. Painful format where you are forced to wait until the video has finished before moving to the next section.
