The course covered all essential criteria for DSE, I really liked the instructional videos taking you through the correct posture and positioning as well as the stretches to help keep you comfortable. The videos were easy to digest and very informative and the question recap was helpful.

I thought the course was very good, encouraging good posture, exercises, body movement and breaks to avoid tiredness and stress. The section on cleaning equipment and lighting which looks at reducing glare is also very relevant.
