Sorry - I am being negative, and I don't have a realistic alternative to suggest, but I'm frustrated we have probably paid for this, and spent the equivalent of around 2 working weeks for us all to complete it and it just feels very much like a box ticking exercise....we're better than this!
Too long. Too many delays waiting for video to load and most annoyingly calling an answer as incorrect then the same answer to same question correct. This course was a waste of my time

The course took far too long and much of the content was repeated in other modules. iHasco should give consideration to streamlining this course along with its other courses.

All the modules take far too long to sit through. There is no way to skip the video content and just read the transcript and no way to complete the test without viewing every second of all the videos. This module has 47 pages, meaning that you have to click "next" 46 times, every 20-60 seconds, to progress through to the end. This is by far the worst e-learning interface I have ever had the misfortune to use (and they're all bad in my experience).
