Good course, well presented

good course, makes you think about your working environment and make minor adjustments to prevent problems occurring in the future.

Good course covers all topics

Very informative course - covers workstation posture, stress, positioning of equipment. Highly recommend this course.

Necessary, appreciated, but too long.

Clearly it's a good thing that colleagues get educated about how to sit to avoid injury, but this felt like overkill. I've done similar training in various roles and I don't feel that there was much in this training that was new to me. I feel I've spent quite a bit of time to learn very little if anything. Perhaps colleagues could do the full course the first time and any refreshers could be briefer, perhaps focusing on anything that has been added.

Very informative.

I learnt a lot from this course, especially about posture and stretching. I will implement what i have learnt into my daily work life.

A useful reminder

The training was clear and concise. I like the fact that you were being spoken to rather than a slide show of written words and that exercises etc were actually demonstrated by a real person.

It was easy to follow and insightful.

The lesson taken from the DSE training was invaluable. The course underline the fact that we can easily damage our personal wellbeing due to miss use of DSE and negligence. Unless we are reminded regularly through DSE training and/or try to make best practice of DSE use as a habit, we could gradually incur irreparable damage to our wellbeing from miss use of DSE. I personally would recommend taking part in a well organised DSE training like this one regularly as a constant reminder and update for personal wellbeing if you are DSE user, which I am afraid we all are due to the digital revolution.
