This course made me think about my posture when working in the office and when working from home. I found the stretching exercises to be very useful.
Helpful training, but quite a lot of duplication with an earlier mandated H&S course.
Training is conducted to protect ourselves and bring to the attention of those who can make a change that those are required, and it is those items that need attention - the latter is where the system is flawed as they are often over looked or out of budget!
very educational not to long interesting topics
Good course but as a checkout operator probably only about 10% of the course is applicable to my role.
There is a look of crossover with material in other modules. Whilst it could be argues this reinforces messages, it leads to fatigue.
The only issue I had was that on a few occasions there were issues with loading the next page and I had to repeat the page I was on before moving on. IT glitches aside, the content was really good.

It would be good if the refresher training was not as long as the initial course
Good course, but could do with a longer section on setting up a remote working workstation (e.g. details on laptop risers, docking stations, etc) and other considerations where an employer may not necessarily have control over the facilities available (e.g. at client settings).
