weak in places

not sure about the stress advice, seemed pretty basic and for those of us experiencing stress at work its quite weak. I was waiting for him to wink after he suggested we'd feel better after the 4 steps!

UNABLE TO USE SOUND AT WORK

Had to use subtitles which often hid the bullet points on the screen and often the character on screen was speaking but no subtitles

Common Sense so pointless really

This did not need to be this long winded to get the few points across.

Not actual assessment on my workstation

I am not sure how this is an individual assessment of my needs like I requested due to having daily pain at work. I have back, neck, shoulder and arm pain which is worse when I am at work and subsides when I have time off. The training did highlight a few things however that may be worth looking into 1. The top of my monitor should be level with my eyes - Even with the laptop stand I have been provided this is not the case and if I adjust the chair I am sat too low and my knees are too high. 2. my arms and wrists should be parallel to keyboard - the laptop stand makes the keyboard slanted and I am constantly bending my wrists and arms to type. and 3. should have a separate keyboard if using a laptop - I do not have this. I have a physio appointment booked for next week so I will be asking him what he believes to be the cause and will get back to you with this but the 3 points are what I have got from the training. Kind regards Sam

Feels drawn out

Useful content could have been covered in 5 minutes, but stretched out to fill 30 minutes. Ridiculously simple questions, which can be answered without even listening. It's not really necessary to go over how to clean my headset.

Nice

Although it doesn't relate to me very much it was informative

Felt a little long

I did enjoy the course, I suppose you take what you need from each module. A lot of info which I do believe could be transmitted in a more streamlined way.
