A great course to remind oneself of the importance related to posture / muscle strain when using DSE. The pointers are excellent to ensure we are working correctly.
Kept the video short but to the point. Very good.
Whereas the first impression is why is this necessary, the 30 minute seminar is a very useful tool to remind of us of the best practices to stay fit & healthy in the work place. We spend too long at our desks and it's good to be encouraged to stretch, take breaks and think about what we are doing. Thanks you.
