informative and learnt some things but also incredibly dull, on the plus side i did utilise the 20/20/20 method to avoid losing concertation
A little long winded

The content is very good but the courses are VERY LONG. There is no need for them to take so much time when the tests are so easy
Hi, this is an excellently produced course, very informative, with excellent presenters. However, I really think it would benefit from a reduced runtime. Alternatively, if one is repeating the course, it would be nice to be able to skip to the assessment!
Standing up and waggling your arms around etc. in our office would cause derision and embarrassment. I know the company has to cover their back by saying we've done the course and they're not liable for any injury claims, so it does what's required. I know what we should do but it won't be done because of the general office culture. This isn't exclusive to my current company, this is generally true in all offices I've worked in.
Would have been great if i had this training 35 years ago, not sure the employer is fulfilling all it obligations??
Also the DSE Assessment 5.2 is contradictory to the course content, which states your main screen should be directly in front of you with secondary screens to the side.
