an area of improvement would be the stretches section, where the additional links were broken
Very informative with some useful tips and information
Comprehensively covered all the basics of workstation set up. I was already familiar with a lot of the advice. I found the tips about microbreaks and the suggested workstation stretches useful. Even better if there was an option to view videos at 1.5x speed.
A good course , but, kept freezing and jumping back to previous slides
